Tonight we drove up to the Kneeland Airport to photograph the big moon. We were all alone with the exception of a fire crew. We went through the gate and across the runway to catch the moon rising over the trees. While waiting, the sunset provided oranges and pinks above us. As the sky darkened, the moon rose behind clouds. This picture is from about an hour after moonrise.
