With a break in the storm, I had to get out of the house. Called my friend Steve and we headed up the coast ending up at Dry Lagoon. There was supposed to be a 9+ foot high tide. Steve checked and we were an hour before low tide. Being on the lookout for sneaker waves, we proceeded with caution. To see more of my images, please explore https://dod488.wordpress.com.
What’s fun about these clouds is that all I have to do is walk into the street in front of my house and look around. As long as it isn’t that boring blue stuff, I usually find something interesting.
This afternoon’s plaything.
This is not a fireball about to crash into the ocean. It’s the setting sun with a strange gap in the clouds.
