After a long slog through the impenetrable forest, the way to our destination had been washed out. Two of our party were infirm. We had to turn back.

This was 1/30sec exposure to slow the water. Typically, this would look very misty. I used lots of masked contrast on the water to draw out what was going on in the mist.
